We will be happy to exchange, refund, or credit a return as long as the scale is in the same condition as when it was received. This means you must have all the paperwork (manual, set up documents, and warranty cards), it must show no visible signs of use, and it must be in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Restock fees may be charged by some of our manufacturer when returning a non-defective item. The fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
Call us to get a return authorization and return address from one of our customer service representatives before returning the item. If a return is sent without a return authorization RMA number, then it will not be taken care of.
